Founded in 1962 as a pioneer in wood truss systems, Jager Engineered Wood Products is Canada's oldest engineered wood products (EWP) manufacturer.

In 1982, as an established market leader, the Jager brand expanded its product lines to include its patented I-joists - engineering for longer-spanning, superior-performance, and quieter floors. With over 30 years' experience, Jager Engineered Wood Products has a rich history of experience and wisdom from which to draw. Terry Pallier - CEO

Terry Pallier has positioned himself as a leader in business while establishing strengths, developing, and breathing life into innovative and challenging endeavours. He has proven that management isn’t a career choice, it’s a life he was literally born into.

Mr. Pallier brings a wealth of experience to the engineered wood industry. With over 20 years of management, business relations and personal development skills, Terry forwards Jager Engineered Wood Products into future markets.

His clarity of thought, his straight forward logical thinking process and his unique problem solving skills constitute a significant contribution to the development and success of any corporation.

Curtis Miller - Vice President Operations

Mr. Miller started working in the Truss Manufacturing Division of Jager in 1971. Over the years has occupied positions of Production Supervisor, Sales Representative, Division Manager, and General Manager.

Mr. Miller most recently occupied the position of Vice President, Production for the past ten years having overall responsibility for all of Jager's production facilities.
